Agatha A. Lemieux

Agatha A."Nan" Lemieux, 89, formerly of 376 Center Street, Fond du Lac and a resident of the St. Francis Home, died Friday, August 10, 2012 at the St. Francis Home. She was born on May 21, 1923 in West Bend, the daughter of Walter E. and Isadora M. Pick Ottmer. Nan married George Lemieux in 1949 and he preceded her in death on December 17, 1990. She was a graduate of St. Agnes School of Nursing, Class of 1944. Nan was a registered nurse with St. Agnes Hospital in the surgical department, retiring after 20 years in 1988. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. SURVIVORS: one sister-in-law, Muri Ottmer, Sammamish, WA; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband George, a former sheriff of Fond du Lac County; two brothers, Louis and Walter; one sister, Mary Emily Kuehlthau.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 9-10 AM at the St. Francis Home Chapel, 33 Everett Street, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 10 AM at St. Francis Home Chapel. Reverend Vernon Wagner will officiate.
