Alan D. "Al" Hughes

Alan "Al" D. Hughes, age 55 of 170 Everett Street, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on November 26, 1953 in Fond du Lac the son of Loren and Helen Kohlman Hughes. He was married to Karen Becker and later to Susan Krenn. Al was a graduate of Goodrich High School Class of 1972. He was employed as an auto and truck mechanic. Al enjoyed auto racing, building model airplanes, the Green Bay Packers, golfing, skiing, softball, shooting pool.SURVIVORS: his mother, Helen Hughes, Fond du Lac, one sister, Karen (Charles) Bray, Cashmere, Washington, John (fiancé Sue Daniels) Hughes, Fond du Lac, three nephews, Caleb Bray, Keegan (Candi) Bray, Travis (Jessica) Hughes, and one niece, Jennifer (Mike) King. Alan was preceded in death by his father; Loren Hughes.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday, May 22, 2009 from 4 to 7:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 North Park Avenue, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Friday at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Deacon Larry Hughes officiating.
