Alfred M. Freund

Alfred M. Freund, 89, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Tarfa Terrace Assisted Living. He was born April 30, 1929, the son of Anton and Rose Diedrich Freund. Alfred married Agnes Sabel on April 14, 1956 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and she preceded him in death on March 31, 1993. Alfred farmed in the Malone area for many years.



He is survived by four sons; seven daughters; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and siblings.



At Alfred’s request cremation has taken place and private inurnment will be held in Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
