Alice L. Hodoff

Alice L. Hodoff, 89, of Fond du Lac, was called to her heavenly home, Thursday, January 15, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born June 6, 1925 in Lomira the daughter of Nels and Mary Esser Anderson. On June 20, 1942 she married Victor P. Hodoff at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and he preceded her in death on March 17, 1971. Alice was a member of Holy Family Parish. She enjoyed decorating her home, baking, canning jelly, and making the best peanut butter fudge and peanut squares.



She is survived by six children, Richard Hodoff, Malone, Carol (Dwight) Paulin, Fond du Lac, Sandi (Jerry) Eggers, Fond du Lac, Dennis (Glee) Hodoff, Eldorado, Debbie Nelson, New Richmond, and Cindy (Tom) Rottman, Fond du Lac; 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; two sisters, Marion Snyder, Fond du Lac and Doreen Werner, Fond du Lac; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, an infant son; one grandson; one great granddaughter; two brothers; and four sisters.



The visitation will be held from 9:00 – 11:00 am on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Holy Family Church, 271 4th Street Way, Fond du Lac. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Holy Family Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
