Ann E. Schaefer

Anne E. Schaefer, 70, formerly of 494 Northgate, died Monday, November 9, 2009, at ManorCare Health Services, where she had been a resident for the past year. She was born August 8, 1939 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Harold and Eleanor Lehner Lemke. On September 14, 1968, she married Wilfred E. Schaefer at St. Joseph's Church. He preceded her in death on January 6, 1999. Mrs. Schaefer was a member of Holy Family Parish. Surviving are two sisters, Sue (John L.) Freund and her twin, Adele Lemke, both of Fond du Lac, a brother, Tom (Margo) Lemke, also of Fond du Lac, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Her parents and husband preceded her in death.



Private family services will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009, at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum in Calvary Cemetery. Entombment will be in the chapel following the services.
