ANNA H. JEWSONAnna H. Jewson, 91, of Fond du Lac, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2011 at St. Francis Home. She was born November 10, 1919 in Gettysburg, South Dakota, the daughter of Hilko and Maria Kaltenbeck Waalkens. On November 20, 1937 she married Clyde E. Jewson in Crandon, WI and he preceded her in death on January 28, 1998. She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church. She was a cook for many years with the Fond du Lac School District. Anna was a devoted wife and mother. She was a wonderful homemaker and seamstress. SURVIVORS: four children, Victor (Lois) Jewson, Fond du Lac, Roger Jewson, Fond du Lac, Lucy Jewson, Oshkosh, Ardena (Robert) Hartzheim, Fond du Lac; six grandchildren, Willard (Diana) Jewson, Peter (Sheryl) Jewson, David (Julie) Jewson, Laura (Chad) Geiger, Jonathan Hartzheim, Kimberly Hartzheim; six great grandchildren, James, Paul, Trenton, Andrea, Georgianna, Kaylei. She is further survived by two sisters, Katherine Erickson, Pleasant Prairie, Rose Johnson, Combined Locks; many other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde; daughter-in-law, Mary Lou Jewson; eleven brothers, Fred, Otto, Herbert, Lamko, Henry, Jacob, Hilko, Caassisn, Anton, Alfred, and Willard; three sisters, Margaret, Dora, and Bertha.



VISITATION: will be from 5 "“ 8 PM on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Wednesday from 10 "“ 11 AM at church. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Covenant United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Morning officiating. Burial will follow in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.Memorials are appreciated to Covenant United Methodist Church or St. Francis Home.
