ANNA MAE BARTOWAnna Mae Bartow, age 79 formerly of N3692 Highway K and a resident of Manorcare Health Services died Friday, August 20,2004 at Manorcare Health Services. She was born in Oshkosh on June 16,1925 the daughter of Winsome D. and Irene S. Colby Ogden. On November 24,1950 she married Marshal E. Bartow at Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on September 21,1969. Prior to moving to Fond du Lac in 1983 Anna resided in Kenosha. She was member of Cathedral Church of St. Paul and was the coordinator for the SHARE program for three years. Anna enjoyed crocheting blankets and lap throws for the residents at Manorcare.SURVIVORS: four children, Jan (Glenn) Poler, Fond du Lac, Michael (Debbie) Bartow, Fond du Lac, Thomas (Bonnie) Bartow, Fond du Lac, Michele (Richard) McCoy, Oshkosh, eighteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, two brothers, Donald Ogden, Oshkosh, Russell Ogden, Trevor, WI , sister, Mary Ellen Seiler, Oshkosh, half-sister, Winnie Palson, Fond du Lac, sister-in-law, Betty Ogden, Baltimore, MD. Special friend Susan Mielke, Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Sandy, one grandson ,one great-grandson, two brothers, and one sister.
VISITATION: Tuesday, August 24,2004 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Services will be held Wednesday, August 25,2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with The Very Reverend Theodore McConnell officiating. Burial will follow at Veterans Section at Ledgeview Memorial Park Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9 A.M. until the hour of services."The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Manorcare Health Services and Fond du Lac Dialysis and to Dr's John Steiner and Thomas Schneider."UECKER-WITT FUNERAL HOME IS SERVING THE FAMILY.
