Anna Schuppe

Anna Schuppe, 94, of Fond du Lac, died on Friday, July 24, 2009 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. She was born in Fond du Lac on December 10, 1914, the daughter of Fred and Anna Margaret (Groh) Schuppe. She was a graduate of Fond du Lac High School. She worked at the Infant Sock Factory before working as an administrative assistant at the U.S. Postal Service in Washington, D. C. for 29 years. She then retired to Fond du Lac to help care for her aging parents. She was a member of Grace Reformed Church.SURVIVORS: two sisters, Elizabeth Jaber, Ormond Beach, FL, Margaret Pennings, Fond du Lac; one brother, Sam Schuppe, Oakbrook, IL; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Martha Pfaffenroth and Marie Hoyer; one brother, Fred Schuppe; an infant sister and brother; a sister-in-law, Sara Schuppe; brothers-in-law, Annice Jaber, Albert Pfaffenroth and Alfred Pennings.



Private family services will take place on Monday, July 27, 2009 at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Reverend Howard Vande Guchte will officiate. Entombment will take place at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home or Grace Reformed Church.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
