Anne B. Priepke

June 6, 1942 — April 10, 2008

Anne B. Priepke, age 89 of formerly of Eldorado and a resident of 421 Pearl Lane, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at St. Agnes Hospital. Anne was born in the Town of Sringvale the daughter of Herman and Bertha Borchardt Raube. On June 6, 1942 she married E. Eugene Priepke at Brandon. He preceded her in death on September 10, 1996. Anne was a graduate of Brandon High School class of 1935 and was the class valedictorian. She attended Fountain Business College. Prior to her marriage Anne worked in the office of BoulayBrothers. She farmed with Eugene until his retirement from farming. She was a teachers aide in Rosendale for a number of years. Anne was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville, and its ELCAW. She was an active 4-H leader, 50-year member of the Fond du Lac County Extension Homemaker's and a past member of the Homiston Homemaker's Club. She enjoyed gardening, canning, playing cards, making quilts and traveling. She is survived by two sons, Edward H. (Linda) Priepke, Lancaster, PA, and Peter E. (Karla) Priepke, Sandy Hook, CT, three grandchildren, Paige (Joe) Greiner, Paul (fiancé Stacy Judice), John and a great-grand son, Grant Greiner. A sister, Marie Raube, Ripon and one sister-in-law, Hazel Raube, many nieces and nephews, further survive Anne. Her parents, husband, three sisters and six brothers preceded Anne in death.



VISITATION: Monday, April 14, 2008 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville with Reverend Kimberly Stowell officiating. Burial will follow in Rogersville Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service.Memorials appreciated to St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
