Annette E. Homan

Annette "Nettie" E. Homan, 96, of Oakfield, died Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. She was born August 25, 1917 in the Town of Oakfield, the daughter of Karl and Louise Klebs Kollmann. On April 18, 1935 she married Henry "Curly" N. Homan and he preceded her in death on November 9, 1994. Nettie was a life long member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Oakfield and an honorary member of St. Luke's Ladies Aid.She is survived by her daughter, Betty and her husband Donald Lange of Oakfield; one granddaughter, Dr. Ann Lange and her husband Kurt Martin of Pine River; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Curly; one sister, Linda and her husband Bill Kruse; one brother, Arthur and his wife Lillie Kollmann.



The visitation will be held from 10:00 AM "“ 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oakfield. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church with Rev. Christopher Goelzer officiating. Burial will follow in Avoca Cemetery.
