Ari E. Ebling-Hopf

Ari “Lizzy Bean” E. Ebling-Hopf, 19, died Sunday November 16, 2014 due to injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was born on November 13, 1995 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Ryan and Heather (Ebling) Hopf. Ari was a 2014 graduate of Fond du Lac High School. Her previous employer was Little Caesar’s Pizza and she was currently employed by Kwik-Trip in Fond du Lac.



Ari will be remembered as being adventurous and was known for keeping her family on their toes. Her aspirations were to become a paramedic so that she could help others. She really liked her job at Kwik-Trip as the 3rd shift gave her a great opportunity to people watch. Ari was also a videographer at heart and made countless videos with friends.



Surviving Ari are her parents and a brother, Reilly “Bug”, maternal grandparents; Dave and Pam Ebling, paternal grandparents; Julie (Jeff) Olig and Jeff (Theresa) Hopf, her uncle Phil (special friend Brittany), great-uncle and aunt, Dave and Darla Hopp, great-uncle and aunt Bill and Jean Ebling, great-grandparents Ralph and Lorraine Hopf, and great-grandmother, Shirley Eckes. She is further survived by her godmother Stacy Bonincontri, godfather Richard Hopp, honorary godmother Amy Burkholder, special little cousin, Declan, her best friend, Shannon, her dog, Snickers and her cat, Lou. Ari also leaves behind countless other family and friends. Preceding her in death was her guardian angel and great-grandmother, Elizabeth “Dum Dum” Hopp, great-grandparents, Urban and Vera Ebling and great-uncle, Don Ebling and long-time family friend, Janice “Great Janice” Schmitz.



A visitation for Ari will be held from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. A celebration of Ari’s life will follow at 7:00 PM. Cremation will follow the services.



In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Ari’s name.
