Arlean M. Hintz

Arlean M. Hintz, 97, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born on December 31, 1924, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Henry and Viola (Hintz) Berg. Arlean was a member of Luther Memorial Church CLC, Fond du Lac. She worked for Comfort Keepers and Service Master for over 50 years as a housekeeper. Arlean enjoyed word search puzzles, reading, dancing to polka music, ceramics, and most of all, spending time with her family.



Arlean is survived by two daughters, Gloria “Jeanne” (Robert Goebel) Reinwand and Sandra Appleman; eight grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Viola; 1st husband, Edwin H. Kapp; 2nd husband, Edgar E. Hintz; son, DuWayne (Suzanne) Kapp; and daughter, Sherry Cameron.



The visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, Kohler, WI on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
