Arlene K. Conners

Arlene K. Conners, 88 of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Artisan Senior Living, Fond du Lac. She was born on January 19, 1926 in Lamartine the daughter of Eugene J. and Emma M. Stumpf Wild. She married Daniel R. Conners in Dubuque, Iowa. He preceded her in death in February 1991. She attended Lincoln Grade School in Lamartine and Fond du Lac High School. She was a member of the Ladoga Methodist Church and the Rosendale Methodist Church where she served as financial secretary and treasurer. Later she became a member of the United Church of Christ, Rosendale and Salem United Church in Plymouth. Arlene enjoyed her family, friends and collecting antiques.



SURVIVORS: Arlene is survived by her son Larry (Joan) Conners, Madison, WI, a daughter Carol Ann (Ames) Ressa, Apopka FL, four grandchildren, Angela Conners Beam, Waunakee, WI, Tia (Chris) Harding Fenoff, Longwood, FL, Tami (George IV) Harding Long, Sanford, FL and Ryan (Laura) Conners, Madison. She is further survived by a sister Shirley (Herbert) Marousek, Rosendale, aunt Rose Wild, Fond du Lac, a brother-in-law James E. Conners, Clearwater, FL and a sister-in-law Yvonne Elmer, Menominee Falls, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, aunts, uncles, sister-in-law Mary Ann Conners, and brother-in -law Earl Elmer.
