Arlene M. Kellett

Arlene M. Kellett, 81, of Ocala, FL, formerly of Subway Road, Fond du Lac, died Thursday May 31, 2007 at Sylvia's House Hospice Center. She was born on June 28, 1925 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Earl Sr. and Leona Eldridge Lindsley. On November 28, 1945 she married Melvin J. Kellett in Fond du Lac and he preceded her in death on November 11, 2005. Arlene was a member of World Wide Church of God, Gainsville, FL and was very active in many church activities. In early years she was a 4-H leader and belonged to the Homemaker's club for many years. Before and after retirement she enjoyed her small flea market business "Allkindsofjunk". Arlene loved visits from her family, cooking, sewing, and especially her love of collecting elephants.SURVIVIORS: five children, Michael (Jean) Kellett, Ocala, FL, Joyce (Marvin) Christensen, Fond du Lac, William (Kathleen) Kellett, North Fond du Lac, Sue (Jerry) Sabel, Fond du Lac, Richard (Rebecca) Kellett, Sierra Vista, AZ; 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marion (Will) Franzen, New Lisbon, Ruth (Don) Brown, North Fond du Lac; two brothers, Marvin (Judy) Lindsley, Fond du Lac, Earl Jr. (Jean) Lindsley, North Fond du Lac; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one infant son, John, two grandchildren, Rick and Nicole, one great-grandson, Adam.



VISITATION: will be from 3-7 PM on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 7 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment will be in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Arlene's name.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Additional information and guestbook may be found at www.ueckerwitt.com.
