Barbara K. Butzen

Barbara K. Butzen, 70,of 254 Bayberry Lane, Fond du Lac, WI died Tuesday September 8, 2009 at her residence. She was born on March 1, 1939 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Richard C. and Lucille M. Duskey Butzen. She graduated from St. Mary Springs High School Class of 1958. She served as the secretary at the Church of Peace and was a housekeeper at MPTC for a number of years. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, and a long time member of St. Patrick's Catholic church prior to its closing. She loved sewing, quilting and crocheting.She is survived by one son Dennis (Milagros) Butzen of Kenosha, WI; Two brothers Richard (Rosie) Butzen of Hancock, WI; Thomas Butzen of North Fond du Lac, WI, two sisters; Mary (John) Hall of North Fond du Lac, WI; and Lucille (James) O'Connor of Sylvan Lake, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Paul.



Visitation: Friends may call Friday September 11, 2009 from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Saturday September 12, 2009 at 9:30 A.M. at the funeral home. FUNERAL: Family prayer services will be held at 10:00 A.M at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday September 12, 2009 at 10:30 AM at Presentation Church 705 Michigan Ave. North Fond du Lac, WI. with Rev. John Simon officiating. Entombment will take place at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum Ledgeview Memorial Park. Memorials are appreciated to the family. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
