Bessie Albrecht

Bessie Albrecht, 89, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born March 31, 1927 in North Fond du Lac, the daughter of Peter and Frances Caramanidis James. On November 29, 1947 she married Arno Albrecht at Our Saviour Ev. Lutheran Church. Bessie worked for Infant Socks, Petrie’s Restaurant, and Everix Bakery. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Nekimi. She enjoyed bowling, traveling, playing sheepshead, and loved spending time with her family.



She is survived by two sons, Scott Albrecht and Terry (Jane) Albrecht, all of Fond du Lac; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one sister, Helen (Dick) Rose of Lamartine; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three brothers and three sisters.
