Beverly (Bev) Reinke

Beverly (Bev) Reinke, 86, of Fond du Lac, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024. She was born in Wisconsin on November 3, 1937, a daughter of Ben and Minnie Koenig. On May 30, 1959, she married James Reinke at St. Louis Catholic Church. 

Bev was a 1956 graduate from Goodrich High School. Bev devoted many of her years as an employee to the City County Government Center in Fond du Lac in both the Support and Clerk of Courts offices. She was a member of Holy Family Parish – St. Louis Church and was a woman of faith. Those who knew Bev knew she was a strong, proud and independent woman who loved her family, cardinals, furry companions, and quiet time at their family cottage. She was an early riser, ensuring all in the house were welcomed with the saying, “rise and shine, it’s a brand new day!”

Bev is survived by her son Michael (Lisa) Reinke; two grandchildren, Tyler (Brittany) Reinke, and Ashley (Tyler) Mattek; four great-grandchildren, Jameson, Aria, Croix and Cal.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Ben and Minnie Koenig; sister, Marilyn Klumpjan; and brother, Bernie Koenig.

Private family visitation and funeral services were held September 24, 2024, at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery. Entombment followed at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum.
