BEVERLY J. ABITZBeverly J. Abitz, age 50 of 1615 Primrose Lane, died Sunday, September 4,2005 at St. Agnes Hospital. Beverly was born October 3,1954 in Fond du Lac the daughter of Clarence and Ruth Scharf Will. On August 25,1973 she married Victor A. "Butch" Abitz, Jr. She had been employed with the Reporter as a rural newspaper carrier. She enjoyed line dancing and loved to take care of people especially her grandchildren.SURVIVORS: her husband, Victor A." Butch" Abitz, Fond du Lac, one daughter, Bridget (Tim) Gehrt, Fond du Lac, one son, Steven (Melissa) Abitz, Ypsilanti, Mich, two grandchildren, Bailey and Ian Gehrt, mother, Ruth Will, North Fond Du Lac, seven brothers and sisters, Darlene (Michael) Billington, Mayville, James Will and special friend Cathy Stahmann of Van Dyne, Jeffrey (Renee) Will of Fond du Lac, Michael (Linda) Will of North Fond du Lac, Cindy (Gary) Gindt of Brownsville, Darwin (Jodi) Will of Fond du Lac, Eve Will and special friend Tom of Valders. She was preceded in death by her father.



VISITATION: Wednesday, September 7, 2005 from 4-8 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Thursday, September 8, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Church of Peace-United Church of Christ with Reverend Sharon Stier officiating. Burial will follow at Estabrooks Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Uecker-Witt Funeral home is serving the family.
