Brenda E. Westerhaus

Brenda E. WesterhausBrenda Eileen Westerhaus age 76 went home to be with her loving Savior on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011.She was born in Kings Lynn, Norfolk England on November 7th, 1934 to Ernest and Alice Britton. Brenda was one of 7 daughters born to Alice and Ernest. Brenda met and married Paul Westerhaus when Paul was serving in the United States Air Force while stationed in England during the Korean War. Brenda and Paul settled in Watertown WI where Brenda lived for 52 years.Brenda was a member of St Mark's Lutheran church Watertown until she moved to Fond du Lac in 2007 where she was currently a member of Faith Lutheran Church.One of Brenda's greatest joys was raising her six children. One of Brenda's greatest sad nesses was losing two of her children, David and Michael who drowned in Watertown in 1969. Brenda really cherished the friendships she made with the wonderful staff and residents of Walnut Grove Assisted Living in Fond du Lac over the past four years. She also missed her friends from the Riverside Apartments of Watertown WI.She is survived by 6 children: Susan (Paul) Schultz of Albuquerque, NM Catherine (Albert) Belleveau of Bemidji MN Linda{Neal) Paul of St Peters WIJudy (Rev. Jeff} Limpert of Rochester MN John WesterhausMatthew (Traci) Westerhaus 17 grandchildren: Isaac Belleveau,Genevieve Belleveau,Caleb Belleveau ,Terrah Paul-Olson,Jordan Paul, Micah Paul, Joshua Limpert, Adam Limpert, Elyse Limpert,Jacob Limpert,Hannah Limpert,Rachel Limpert,Kimberly Westerhaus,Amanda Fosdal,Jenna Fosdal,Xenna Westerhaus,and Matt Jr. Westerhaus 1 great grandchild: Rhiannon OlsonShe was preceded in death by her husband Paul Westerhaus, two sons David and Michael Westerhaus, and two sisters Joan Belello of California and Phyliss Eglund of England Brenda's family is rejoicing knowing that their mother/grandmother/great-grandmother was called home to be with her Savior Jesus. ' We live because He lives' He is Risen, He is Risen Indeed! ! ! !



VISITATION: Friends may call on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac from 10-11 AM. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Ev. Church. Reverend Michael Weigand officiating.
