Bruce D. Ziebell II, 60, died peacefully Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at his residence. He was born February 24, 1965 in Fond du Lac, the son of Bruce and Patricia Kaiser Ziebell. Bruce was a 1983 graduate of Goodrich High School. As a youth he enjoyed playing baseball, wrestling, and hockey where his team won a state championship.
He was active and held numerous positions with VICA. Bruce had a love for dogs, especially Jack E. He was an avid photographer, a firm Republican, enjoyed bowling and NASCAR. Bruce was known for his exceptional and no charge carpentry work that will be missed by all.
He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Patricia Ziebell; two siblings, Karri Hinton and Steven (Tina) Ziebell; nieces and nephew, Alexia, Natalie, Parker, and Lacey; godmother, Joan Malson; his fiancée, Jodi Fiori and her daughter, Isabel; his dog, Gigi; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Carl and Alice Ziebell; his maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Ethel Kaiser; and his dogs, Jack E, Bessie, and Abby.
The visitation will be held Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 12:00 – 3:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Private burial will take place Monday in Rienzi Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fond du Lac or Oshkosh Humane Society in Bruce’s name.
Bruce will be remembered by his many donations and the numerous dogs he rescued that in return rescued him back.
