Carl Tom "Thomas" Reich

Carl "Tom" Thomas Reich, age 82, passed away Sunday, July 06, 2008 with his family at his side after a battle with lung cancer.Tom was born on January 17, 1926 to Carl and Marie Reich in Sykeston, North Dakota. He joined the United States Navy in 1944 and served until 1946. On November 13, 1965 he married Natalie Ann Mold in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. After retiring in 1986 Tom and Nat moved to Lillian, Alabama where he enjoyed friends and golfing. Tom moved back to Fond du Lac in 2004 to be near family after failing health. He resided at Woodlands Senior Park where he enjoyed the outdoors and watching the swans.He is survived by daughters Barb (Lee) Scott of Fond du Lac, Ann (Ron) Golec of Milwaukee, his son, Tom (Sue) Reich of Fond du Lac, grandchildren, Margie Scott, Aaron, Joel and Alyssa Goec, and Wade and Karl Reich. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jack, and beloved wife, Natalie.



Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 from 4-6 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with a memorial service to be held at 6:00 P.M. Cremation has taken place.The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff of Woodlands Senior Park for their wonderful care with Tom.
