Carol A. Redmann departed from this earth in the arms of an angel into the hands of her Heavenly Father on January 16, 2011 at the Hospice Home of Hope. Carol was a resident of Hope Nursing Home in Lomira. She was born in Fond du Lac on September 8, 1939 the daughter of Lyle and Eleanora Johnson Hunt. On August 31,1957 she married Richard L. Redmann at St. Peters Evangelical Lutheran Church. Richard preceded her in death on August 21. 2006.Carol was a graduate of Winnebago Lutheran Academy Class of 1957. She worked as a cook for over 20 years at the Club 49 Supper Club and owned and operated Redmann Trucking until their retirement. She was a member of Luther Memorial Church.SURVIVORS: two daughters: Leanne (Dale) Maul and Barbara (Dan) Bond, of Lomira, three grandchildren, Melissa (Brad) Bartelt, Kekoskee, Jennifer (fiance Josh Dilman) Bond, Monona, Joe (fiancé Crystal Vancha) Bond, Wesley Chapel, FL, three great-grandchildren, Alia and Chase Bartelt and Madisyn Bond. Carol is further survived by her brother, James (Carol) Hunt, Fond du Lac, two sisters, Linda (Lee) Faris, Fond du Lac and Mary (Brian) Casper; Lomira. Brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews further survive her. Carol was preceded in death by parents, her husband Richard, a son Thomas, one brother Robert Hunt and one sister-in-law, Ardys Hunt.
VISITATION: Friends may call on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Luther Memorial Churchfrom 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 12:00 PM at Luther Memorial Church with Reverend Neal Radichel will officiate.
