Carol A. Reinhold

Carol A. Reinhold, 72, of N7615 Jupiter Drive, Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, December 29, 2011, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born October 8, 1939 in Eldorado, the daughter of Emil and Olga Schultz Jahns. On October 19, 1957, she married Glenn E. Reinhold at St. Peters Church in Eldorado. He preceded her in death on October 24, 2001. Carol was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac. She and her husband owned and operated Van Dyne Upholstery for 35 years, and was a member of the Van Dyne Ladies Auxiliary. Carol loved bowling, sewing, bird watching, and most of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are a daughter, Sher Deaver of Fond du Lac, three granddaughters, D'Lynn Horstman and her children Daniel, Mackenzie, and Courtney of Bangor, WI, Lisa (Special Friend Todd) Deaver and their daughter, Mallory of North Fond du Lac, and Kristin Deaver and her children, Hailee and Gavin of Fond du Lac. She is further survived by four brothers, Don (Judy) Jahns of North Fond du Lac, Ron (JoAnne) Jahns of Markesan, Erv (Dorie) Jahns of Eldorado, and Norm (Joan) Jahns of Washington State, three sisters, Ruth (Ken) Feavel of Oshkosh, Alice (Don) Beasley of Green Lake, and Shirley Jahns of Squim, Washington. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, Scott and Steve, two sisters, Edna Lehner and Elda Pinch, and four brothers, Harold, Robert, Orlo, and Melvin Jahns.



Visitation for Carol A. Reinhold will be on Monday, January 2, 2012, from 4 to 7 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, from 10 to 11 AM at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1010 Adams Street, North Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Tuesday at the church. The Rev. Thomas Behnke will officiate and burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Town of Black Wolf, Winnebago County.
