Carole M. (Zibolsky) La Shay

Carole M. (Zibolsky) La Shay of North Fond du Lac died at the age of 82. She was born October 8, 1931, the daughter of Readous and Gladys (Vogel) Martin. She was employed at Mercury Marine; now retired. In her later retirement, she took a part-time job at Krueger's Hair Replacement Center. Her specialty was polka dancing. She also went to polka festivals. She also did line dancing. She was a member of the "We Love to Dance Club" and also a member of the Senior Center where she danced on Wednesday nights. She was enlightened with the Lord at Grace Christian Church. Survivors include son Gary (Lynn) Zibolsky, daughter Debra (Marv) Giffey, her fiancé Orin Kafka, two sisters; Darlene (Norbert) Borgwardt and Betty (John) Corbett, six grandchildren; Laura Zibolsky, Christy (Curt) Semenas, Gina (Josh) Guell, Mario Ambroso, Tyler Giffey, and Carissa Zibolsky, five great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sharon Ambroso and sister Marilyn Chubeck.



A visitation for Carole will be held from 10:00 AM "“ 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. The funeral will follow at 1:00 PM with the Revs. Paul and Cynthia Pfeffer presiding. Burial will take place in Estabrooks Cemetery.
