Carrol E. "Butch" Snyder

Carrol E. "Butch" Snyder, 70 of 28 North Reserve Avenue, Fond du Lac died Thursday, April 26, 2007. He was born June 10, 1936 in Fond du Lac the son of Carrol H. and Virginia Snyder. On November 23, 1957 he married Barbara Hessler at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. Barbara preceded him in death on October 5, 1993. Carrol was a veteran of U. S. Army. He worked at Mercury Marine for over 30 years retiring in 1989. He was a member of Wings Over Wisconsin, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and NASCAR racing.He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey C. (Susan) Snyder, Burlington ,WI , and Greg P. (girlfriend Donna L. Warner)Snyder. Eagle, WI. Carrol is further survived by a brother Glenn (Maxine) Snyder, St. Germain, WI.He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and a nephew Harold Yager.



Friends may call on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Reverend Shari Routh officiating. Burial will follow in Ledgeview Memorial Park. Trier-Puddy American Legion Post No. 75 will conduct military graveside services.Memorials appreciated to the American Diabetes Association.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
