Catherine D. Gurath

Catherine D. Gurath, age 91, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. She was born on February 27, 1920 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of William and Regina (Klemmer) Schlicher. On April 15, 1939 she married Elmer Gurath at St. Joseph's Church in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death in 1974. She enjoyed reading, walking, and spending time with her family.SURVIVORS: two children, Kathleen (Charles) Wagner of Fond du Lac, Mark (Linda) Gurath of Onalaska, two grandchildren, Jeffrey Wagner and Steven (Patti) Gurath all of Fond du Lac, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Steven, one brother, James, one sister and brother in law, Helen (Walter) Gehde.



VISITATION: Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 10-11 A.M. at Holy Family Parish-Holy Family Church, 271 4th St, Way, Fond du Lac. FUNERAL: Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Parish-Holy Family Church with the Reverend Robert Stiefvater officiating.
