Charles A. Post

Charles A. Post, 72, of N5650 Rancho Viejo, Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born September 28, 1936, in Fond du Lac, the son of Sebastian A. and Marie M. Potter Post. On September 3, 1960, he married Carol J. Kiersten at St. Mary's Church in Fond du Lac. Mr. Post was formerly employed by Purina Mills as a mill worker for 32 years, retiring on December 31, 1998. He was a life long member of Holy Family Parish-St. Mary's Church, the St. Joe's Society, and was a Boy Scout Leader.Surviving is his wife, Carol, four sons, Charles A. (Julie) Post, Jr., Francis (Kay) Post, and Mark (Brenda) Post, all of Fond du Lac, and Brian (Kim) Post of Kohler, WI, nine grandchildren, and three sisters, Barbara Cahill of Oshkosh, Helen Brown Aguilero of Waukegan, IL, and Janet Wesenberg of Zion, IL. His parents, a brother, Michael Post, two sisters, Cecelia Rauls and Agnes Burgess, and three brothers-in-law, Bill Burgess, Ron Wesenberg, and David Cahill, preceded him in death.



Visitation for Charles A. Post will be on Friday, May 1, 2009, from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Holy Family Church, 271 4th Street Way. Mass of Christian Burial services will be at 11:30 am on Friday at the church. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of The Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery.
