Cheryl A. "Rebel" Smith-Holmes

Cheryl A. "Rebel" Smith-Holmes, 56, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, May 17, 2012, at her residence. She was born December 18, 1955, the daughter of Merle and Shirley Pugh Smith. On September 11, 2005, she married Michael J. Holmes in Fond du Lac. Cheryl is survived by her husband, two sons, Tim Jerdee of Fond du Lac, and Ben Berg of Hawaii, one daughter, Casey Smith of Fond du Lac, a step-son, Michael (Jane) Holmes, Jr. of Texas, and 15 grandchildren. She is further survived by a sister, Leatrice Smith of Fond du Lac, and three brothers, Loren Smith of Van Dyne, and Darryl and Julian "Eddie" Smith, both of Fond du Lac. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Harold.



Visitation for Cheryl A. "Rebel" Smith-Holmes will be on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, from 5 to 8 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and again on Wednesday, from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home.
