Clarice R. Otto

Clarice R. Otto, 96, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the St. Francis Home. She was born December 15, 1918 in Lyons, WI, the daughter of George and Amanda Brickner Held. On April 11, 1949 she married Willard A. Otto in Dubuque, IA and he preceded her in death on March 4, 2002. Clarice was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and reading.



She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Marilyn) Otto of Plymouth, WI; one grandson, Jarod (Danielle) Otto of Seattle, WA; two great granddaughters, Sophia and Petra. She is further survived by one brother, George “JR” Held of Lyons, WI and one sister-in-law, Virginia Held. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willard; sister, Elaine (Charles) Kornhoft; brother, LeRoy Held; and sister-in-law, Helen Held.



Memorial services will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 2:00pm at St. Francis Home chapel. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Lyons, WI.
