Clark W. Nagel, 79, of Fond du Lac and formerly of Milwaukee, died Friday, October 9, 2015, at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home while under Hospice Hope care. He was born May 16, 1936, in Milwaukee, the son of William and Dorothy Swain Nagel. He married Margaret Stuck in Milwaukee on May 23, 1959. Clark owned and operated Clark’s Service Center in Milwaukee for 35 years. After retiring, he drove cars for Badger Auto Auction. He enjoyed boating and the Fond du Lac Yacht Club, snowmobiling, golfing, watching the Packers and NASCAR. He proudly served his country as a member of the National Guard.
Clark is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret, a daughter, Lynn Diehl, two sons, Dale (Beth) Nagel, and Dean Nagel, five grandchildren, Gary Diehl, Ashley, Alissa, Brad, and Noah Nagel. He is further survived by many other family and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, a son, Russell, his brother in-law, Dick Stuck, and his sister-in-law, Marilyn Stuck Hager.
Visitation for Clark W. Nagel will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, from 3 to 6 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 6 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert Rosenberg will officiate. Private burial will follow on Wednesday, October 14th in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the donor’s choice of charity.
