Claude R. Strean

Claude R. Strean, age 74, of Fond Du Lac, died December 7, 2024, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born February 28th, 1950, in Fond Du Lac, the son of Robert Gertrude (Serwe) Strean. On October 19, 1968, he married Nancy M. Strean in Fond Du Lac. Claude worked for Mercury Marine until his retirement in 2012. Claude enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, and loved spending time with family playing games. 

He is survived by his four children; Julie (John) Wnek of Appleton, Tamara Strean of Fond Du Lac, Travis (Suneeya "Lin") Strean of Virginia and Jason (Tanya) Strean of Fond Du Lac; fifteen grandchildren; five soon to be six great grandchildren; one sister, Deborah (Joe) Dion of Fond Du Lac; three brothers Tim (Kathy) Strean, Todd Strean, Daniel (Laurie) Strean, many special friends and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brother Greg Strean. 

There will be a celebration of life held on Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3 PM at the American Legion in Fond du Lac, WI.
