Cynthia M. "Tootie" (Essman) Dvorak, 57, of S30W3189 Highway 83, Wales, WI, died Friday, September 10, 2010, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. She was born April 9, 1953, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Albert and Delores "Dee" Baumhardt Essman. She was a graduate of Goodrich High School and received her Associates Degree as a Dental Assistant from Moraine Park Technical College. Cindy loved to travel and watch her grandchildren play. She was a friend of Bill W. She also enjoyed decorating eggs and cakes, and doing needlepoint. Cindy is survived by her loving husband, George, a son, Jamey Essman of Fond du Lac, two step-daughters, Erin (Craig) Bolz of West Allis and Stacey (Daniel) Adamczyk of Muskego, three grandchildren, Shawn Bolz, and Addison and Sophie Adamczyk, her mother and step-father, Lee and Dee Walker of Fond du Lac, a brother, Larry Essman of Eden, three step-sisters, Cindy (Kenny) Dean, Linda (Brian) Dudzik, Christie (Blaine) Ebert, her cat, Snuggles, countless friends, and her recovery family. Her father and maternal and paternal grandparents preceded her in death
Visitation for Cynthia M. "Tootie" (Essman) Dvorak will be on Saturday, September 18, 2010, from 1 to 3 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Avenue, Fond du Lac. Funeral services will be at 3 pm on Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. James Droste will officiate and inurnment will be in the Town of Empire Cemetery.
