DAROLD J. "DJ" STUEBERDarold J. "DJ" Stueber, age 70, of 415 E. 2nd St, Fond du Lac, died Monday, February 14, 2005 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born on August 4, 1934 in North Fond du Lac the son of Frank and Minnie Meyn Stueber. On August 6, 1960 he married Margaret M. Meyer at St. Joseph's Church, Fond du Lac. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for Capelle Brothers and Diedrich Construction. He also worked as a tile setter for Fond du Lac Mosaic Tile retiring in 1997. He was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church, and a member of the Bricklayers and Masons Association and Local Union #13. He was also a member of the Fond du Lac Eagles Aerie #270. He enjoyed hunting and traveling.SURVIVORS: his wife Margaret of Fond du Lac, one son, William (Cheryl) Stueber of Lamartine, one daughter Sue (Brad) Billman of Fond du Lac, two grandsons, Josh and Ryan, brothers and sisters, Bernice McCarthy of Fond du Lac, LaVern (Becky) Stueber of Houston, TX, Betty (LeRoy) Smith of North Fond du Lac, Larry (Nancy) Stueber of Glendale, AZ, Lester (Kathy) Stueber of North Fond du Lac, brother in law, William Keding of Naperville, IL, and many nieces and nephews. His parents preceded him in death, one infant brother Robert, one sister Leatrice, one grandson, Taylor, one brother in law, Richard McCarthy.
VISITATION: Thursday, February 17, 2005 from 9-10:30 A.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church. Entombment will take place at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery. Prayers will be held at the funeral home at 10:30 A.M. A memorial is being established. Special Thanks to St. Agnes Hospital Staff 5th floor, Dr. Darrell Hay, Dr. Douglas Fownes, & Sister Columbia. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
