David C. Peters

David C. Peters, 57, of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, October 24, 2013 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born July 25, 1956 in Fond du Lac, the son of Norbert and Rita Simon Peters. David was a veteran of the U.S. Marines serving from July 1973 "“ October 1976. He married Lois A. Lueck on August 27, 1977 in Fond du Lac. David had owned and operated PLF Enterprises and was currently driving truck for Kruepke Trucking of Jackson, WI. He was a former Boy Scout Leader, was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed camping, snowmobiling and loved spending time with his family.David is survived by his wife, Lois Peters; four children, Amy (Richard) Schwab, Oshkosh, Keith "Toby" (Sarah) Lueck, Fond du Lac, Jennifer (special friend, Lewis Norton) Peters, Oakfield, David (special friend, Tara Tarpey) Peters, Fond du Lac; seven grandchildren, Bethanee Dix, Katelyn Mulholland, Elliott Lueck, Abigail Norton, Aricka Schwab, Richard Schwab, Ivy Lueck; four siblings, Joe (Beth) Peters, Fond du Lac, Jerome "Pete" Peters, Middleton, Dennis Peters, Levon, TX, Karen (special friend, Michael Chenault) Osier, Denver, CO; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-father, Irvin Beyer; one brother, Norbert, Jr.; three sisters, Janet, Sharon and Marie.



The visitation will be from 4:00 PM "“ 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
