David L. Resop

David L. Resop, age 62, of 421 Pearl Lane, Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, April 07, 2009 at All About Life Rehabilitation Center. He was born on July 6, 1946 the son of Donald and Edna (Miller) Resop. He married Patricia Bortner. She preceded him in death in 2005. David served in Vietnam in the United States Marine Corps. He worked at Mercury Marine. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. SURVIVORS: three sons, Mike (Dawn) Resop, Jeff (Molly) Resop, and Chad (Julie) Resop, ten grandchildren, his mother, Edna, two brothers, Tom (Diane) Resop and Donnie (Terry) Resop, one sister, Margaret (Chuck) Vores, and other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald, and his wife, Patricia.



VISITATION: Tuesday, April 14, 2009 from 1-4:30 P.M. at the American Legion Hall, 500 Fond du Lac Ave, Fond du Lac. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 4:30 P.M. at the American Legion Hall. Trier-Puddy American Legion Post #75 will conduct military honors. Cremation has taken place.
