David M. Thorsby

David M. Thorsby, age 61, of Fond du Lac, found peace in heaven after a battle with cancer with his family at his side on Sunday, January 16, 2022. Dave worked and drove semi for Oakfield Stone for many years. He loved taking care of and riding horses.



Dave is survived by his daughter Michele (Hamilton) Hutchinson of FL; his sisters, Carol Carlson, Shirley Adelman; his brothers, Keith, Eddie, Jerome Zitlow, LeRoy, Ken Zitlow; special nephew, Jamie Carlson and Shauna. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Lyle Thorsby; sister, Mary Mecklenburg; his partner in life, Sandy Barton.



Per Dave’s request there will be no visitation or funeral. Dave is at peace with his family. Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date at Estabrooks Cemetery.
