David S. Maas

David S. Maas, 63, of 170 Hone Street, died Wednesday, January 18,2006 at Froedert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, Wauwatosa. Dave was born on December 21,1942 at Watertown the son of William and Florella Danner Maas. On June 9,1978 he married Linda S. Laffin at Hales Corners. He was a veteran of US Navy serving in the Cuban Blockade during the Vietnam War. Dave enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing ,baseball , playing dart ball for the Legion team on Monday evenings. He was a member of Trier-Puddy American Legion Post No.75.SURVIVORS: wife, Linda Maas, Fond du Lac, seven sons and two daughters, David Jr. (Kelly) Maas, Tenn., James (Stephanie) Maas, NH., Timothy (Sharon) Maas, SC, Michael (Rebecca) Maas, Montello, Scott (fiancé Emily Buch) Maas, Fond du Lac, Dustin Maas, Fond du Lac, Matthew Maas, Fond du Lac, Becky Maas, CA, Tammy (Tim) Sanator, Milwaukee, 15 grandchildren, one brother, William (Sandra) Maas, Milwaukee, one sister, Joan Sic. Milwaukee, sister-in-law, Elaine Maas, Muskego, Father and Mother-in-law, Warren (Joanne) Laffin, Woodruff ,brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws ,nieces and nephews.. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Daniel.



VISITATION: Saturday, January 21,2006 from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 21, 2006 at the funeral home with Reverend Dr. Martin Koehler officiating. Burial will follow at Rienzi Cemetery. Trier-Puddy American Legion Post No.75 will conduct military graveside services.UECKER-WITT FUNERAL HOME IS SERVING THE FAMILY.
