Deborah J. Diaz

Deborah J. Diaz, 62, of Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at her residence.

She was born August 20 1953 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Emil and Florence Warner.

She graduated from Goodrich High School and received her nursing degree from Moraine Park Technical Institution. She married Luis E. Diaz in Las Vegas. Deborah worked for various nursing homes and home health facilities.



She is survived by her husband, Luis Diaz; three sisters, Pamela Turner, Susan Eggers, and Wanda (Glen) Henning; one brother, James (Tammy) Warner; one brother in law Donald Voskuil; nieces, nephews, close friend John and Nila LaShaw; Tony and Deb Pickart; Jan Manderle, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Melody Voskuil and Bonnie Schmitty; and one brother, Tom Warner and a brother in law Ed Eggers.



At Deborah’s request there will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation has taken place.
