Debra A. Vera

Debra A. “Debbie” Vera, age 64, of Fond du Lac, passed away on August 28, 2022. She was born on November 22, 1957, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of Raymond and Joyce Millay.



Debbie enjoyed taking a motorcycle ride with Dick and camping. She also loved traveling around Wisconsin to watch her favorite cover band the Del Rays. She liked reading a good book, doing word searches, and playing the lottery. Every scratch off ticket was another chance at hitting big. Debbie will be remembered for her kind heart, spunky little personality, and love of family.



She is survived by two sisters, Sandy (Al) Reukauf of Omro and Kathy (Jeff) Lux of Omro; and a brother, Eddie Millay of Arizona. She is further survived by her special friend, Dick Staerzl; a sister in-law, Cheryl Millay (Bob Lefeber); grandson, Michael Vera; nieces and nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gary; son, Jamie; and Jamie’s father, Raoul.



A private family service and burial will take place at Estabrooks cemetery. Cremation has taken place and Debbie will be laid to rest next to her parents, son, and brother.
