Dennis E. Schneider

Dennis E. Schneider, 60, of Fond du Lac, died Sunday, October 9, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Baraboo on August 31, 1951, the son of Alfred and Barbara Fish Schneider. On May 14, 2011 he married Dawn M. Sykes at the Fond du Lac Lighthouse in Lakeside Park. He was a graduate of Columbus High School Class of 1969. He was employed with Perry Printing, owned and operated his own trucking business, was a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and was currently working for J Lodge. Dennis enjoyed fishing, boating, country drives, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. SURVIVORS: his wife, Dawn Schneider, Fond du Lac; five children, Derek (Melissa) Bradley, Fond du Lac, Michelle (Larry) Ward, Fond du Lac, Chad (Amy) Schneider, Madison, Allen (Terry) Schneider, Waupun, Stephanie (Jacob) Holl, Horicon; two step children, Michelle (Tom) Quimby, Fort Smith, AR, Matthew (Stacy) Hawley, Beaver Dam; thirteen grandchildren and two nieces. He is further survived by his parents, Alfred and Barbara Schneider, Columbus; one brother, Richard (Stacey) Schneider, Madison. He was preceded in death by a son, Sean Schneider.



VISITATION: will be from 4 "“ 7 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. William Gruenstern officiating.
