Dennis F. Bindert

Dennis F. Bindert, 74, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born May 2, 1948 in Fond du Lac, the son of Elswood and Marjorie (Vossekuil) Bindert. On November 6, 1981 he married Donna R. Adams in Fond du Lac, and she preceded him in death on August 15, 2016. Dennis served in the U.S. Army. He worked as an over the road truck driver until his retirement. He loved taking care of things for everyone, cooking, gardening, loved driving, and most of all taking caring of his family.

He is survived by five children, Lisa Bindert, Leah Bindert, Lindsey Bindert, Steve (Brandy) Lietz, and Melissa Lietz; grandchildren, Damian Lietz, Alexis, Kyle, and Kiara Lietz, Zach Kavonious, and Elizabeth Kavonious; siblings, Gary Bindert, Judy Fitzsimmons, and Charlie Bindert; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; siblings, David Bindert, Robert Bindert, and Ronald Bindert; and sister-in-law, Judy Bindert.

The visitation will be held Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.
