Denny C. Mundt

June 17, 1953 — August 25, 2007

Denny C. Mundt, 54, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully at home on August 25, 2007, following a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born in Racine, Wisconsin on June 17, 1953, and adopted by Albert and Caroline Carey Mundt in 1957. Denny graduated from Brookfield Central High School in Brookfield, Wisconsin. He married Lori Boudry on August 14, 1981, and together they had three children. Denny was an owner/operator truck driver up until his illness. Denny was a wonderful and generous person. He enjoyed helping others in need, and was able to bring a smile to everyone's face. He enjoyed making children laugh with his Donald Duck imitations. Denny loved spending time with his granddaughters, Madilynn, Cloey, and Grace. He was looking forward to the arrival of his new granddaughter in December. Denny frequented the Stretch and Faro's Restaurant, and had many friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Surviving are two sons, Jeremy (Kayla) Mundt, Joshua Mundt, and a daughter, Jamie (Edward Krapcha) Mundt, all of Fond du Lac, a sister, Bonnie (Patrick) Ricketts of Williams, CA, a nephew, Matthew Ropers, a niece, Jessica Ropers, both of Fairfield, CA, three granddaughters, Madilynn and Cloey Mundt, and Grace Krapcha, all of Fond du Lac. He is further survived by special friends Lori Mundt of Fond du Lac, and Susan Kring of Milwaukee. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter, Mary, and aunts and uncles.



Visitation for Mr. Denny C. Mundt will be on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, from 4 to 8 pm at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, and on Wednesday, August 29, 2007, from 11 to 12 noon at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield, WI. Funeral services will be at 12 noon at Wisconsin Memorial Park. The Rev. Bill Petterson will officiate and burial will follow.
