Dolores H. O'Brien

Dolores H. O'Brien age 85 formerly of 311 South Park Avenue died Sunday, February 3, 2008 at ManorCare Healthcare Servies where she had been a resident for the past 3 years. She was born on May 24, 1922 in Fond du Lac the daughter of Archie and Dot E. Wyant Gribben. She was married to Donald Brandt who died in 1970 and later married Robert O'Brien. Dolores worked at Giddings & Lewis 1964 until her retirement in 1982. She was a professional musician in Fond du Lac playing with the Red Gumz Orchestra. Dolores enjoyed crafts, painting, and music and loved her grandchildren.Dolores is survived by a daughter, Kaye (Pierre) Brunet, four grandchildren, Daniel Brunet, Jennifer (Josh) Bullock, James Brunet, and Megan (Daniel) Gerner, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her parents, her son, Bob O'Brien, husbands, and two brothers, Lee and Theron, one sister Connie Hilbert preceded her in death.



VISITATION: Friends may call on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Rienzi Cemetery. Deacon Paul Monzel will officiate.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
