DONALD D. LIEDKEDonald D. Liedke, age 76, of 242 Chestnut St, Fond du Lac, died Friday, April 29, 2005 at Hospice Home of Hope. He was born on February 28, 1929 in Fond du Lac the son of Arthur M. and Mary Detweiler Liedke. On July 2, 1949 he married Donna JoAnn Cudworth at Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church. She preceded him in death on December 8, 1991. He worked in a foundry smelter at Sadoff and Rudoy Iron and Metal for starting on December 5, 1956 retiring in March of 1995. He enjoyed deer hunting to the fullest and enjoyed building things. SURVIVORS: his favorite daughter, Bonnie Jean Lefeber (friend Robert Scharhag) of Fond du Lac, two granddaughters, Tammy Jo Lefeber and her children Taylor, Kyle, Adam, and Austin Nett, Tracy Jean Lefeber, two grandsons, Terry James (Jodi) Lefeber, and their children, Brendon and Cameron, Tyler John Lefeber, one brother, Eugene (Bernice) Liedke of Fond du Lac, two sisters in law, Betty Rasmussen of Beaver Dam and Mavis Liedke of Crivitz, two brothers in law Gerald R. (Irene) Cudworth of Appleton, Kenneth (Mary) Cudworth of Fond du Lac, special friends, nephew Glenn Liedke of Oakfield, David (Susie) Schuppe of Fond du Lac, Mike (Barb) James of Rosendale, his dog Jonah, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one sister Leona Boudry, three brothers, William, Stanley, and John "Jack", his father and mother in law, Arthur and Mabel Buntrock Cudworth.
VISITATION: Tuesday, May 3, 2005 from 4-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at 7:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with the Reverend Dr. Martin Koehler officiating. Burial will take place at Rogersville Cemetery on Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at 11:30 A.M.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
