Donald R. St. George

DONALD R. ST. GEORGEDonald R. St. George, age 81, formerly of 235 Winnebago St., North Fond du Lac, died Saturday, June 18, 2005 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. He was born on August 31, 1923 in Kaukauna the son of Herbert H. and Ethel N. Schatska St. George. In September of 1962 he married Eileen C. Berger in Dubuque, IA. She preceded him in death on April 15, 1986. He served in the United States Air Force serving in the European Theatre in World War II. He was a member of the Disabled American Vets, the Blinded Vets Association, and Heines Blind Center Alumni. He worked as a steel worker for fourteen years. SURVIVORS: one brother, Leonard (Marilyn) St. George of Mesa, AZ, one sister, Jeanne Wagner of Tennessee, dear friends, Thomas and Carol Schroeder of North Fond du Lac, two sisters in law, Karol McElroy of Ripon, and Laverne Toussaint of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Eileen.



Cremation has taken place. There will be no services or visitation. Memorials appreciated to Heines Blind Center Alumni or Blinded Veterans Association. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is serving the family.
