Dorene Mae Cappozzo

Dorene Mae Cappozzo, age 83, died Saturday, Decmeber 19, 2015 surrounded by her family, at Woodlands Senior Park, 77 Wisconsin American Drive, Fond du Lac Dorene Mae Kryzyanowski was a born on May 7, 1932 in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Stephan and Violet (Borchert) Kryzyanowski. She was a graduate of Fond du Lac High School.



On July 28, 1951 she married Peter P. Cappozzo at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on February 17, 2008. She was a member of the Immanuel-Trinity all of her life. She worked at SuperValu of Fond du Lac, Loehr’s Meat Market of Campbellsport, Eden Meat Market, and Eden Canning of Eden. She enjoyed snowmobiling, playing cards, bowling, playing Yahtzee with family and friends, and she was an avid Angel collector.



She is survived by her six loving children, Cathy (Greg) Schwarz of New Holstein, Peter (Diane) Cappozzo of Eden, Mary Jo (Pete) Abhold of Armstrong, Ronald (Karen) Cappozzo of Fond du Lac, Tina (Randy) Fell of Campbellsport, Anthony (Kristin) Cappozzo of Wayne; her loving grand and great-grandchildren, Pamela (Brian) Koehler, Greg “Bucky” (Gena) Schwarz, Steven (Katie) Schwarz, Peter Cappozzo, Daniel (Stacy) Cappozzo, Betsy (Eddie) Vossekuil, Katie Jo (Peter) Knaus, Dillon Abhold, Jenny and Jessica Roehl, Amanda (Owen) Gellings, Josh (Hayley) Fell, Stephanie Fell, Brandon Susen, Kaeden and Alec Cappozzo; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Gracie, Stella, Violet, Alli, Molli, Erich, Quinten, Lucas, Mitchell, Braden, and Cecily, Matthew, Madalynn, Myles, Carter, and Haven; her sisters, Carol (Don) Kremer of Fond du Lac, Susan Kryzyanowski of Fond du Lac; one brother, John Kryzyanowski of North Fond du Lac; sisters-in-law, Carol Kryzyanowski and Joan Kryzyanowski both of Fond du Lac, Erma Gantner of Eden, Dora (John) Uelman of AR, Gloria (Nick) Romalia of Fond du Lac; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; great-granddaughter Emma Schwarz; one sister Sherry; five brothers, Gilbert, Harold “Butch”, William, Steven, and Robert.



VISITATION: Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church, 20 Wisconsin American Dr, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. FUNERAL: Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church. Entombment will follow at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.
