Dorine Johnson

Dorine Johnson, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, November 16, 2024, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on April 17, in Alabama, the daughter of the union of the Rev. James E.and Margaret (Myrick) Wallace. Dorine relocated to Ohio and later to Chicago where she met and married Isaac Johnson. Dorine worked for many years in the nursing field at various places including Harbor Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center and All About Life Nursing Home. Dorine enjoyed diamond painting, coloring, going shopping, her clothing and shoes, and she was a collector of all things

Her children left to cherish her memory, Erica Rodriguez of Fond du Lac, Annette Wallace of Cleveland, OH, Isaac Johnson Jr of Rockford, IL, Yolanda Goedert of Fond du Lac; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorine was the fourth of nine children. Her siblings include, sisters, Mattie Gilmore Barber of Cleveland, OH, Patricia (Arthur) Lawler of Riverdale, GA; brother, Tommy of Alabama; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Lee, Cornell, Charles Edward, James Jr; one sister, Jewneria Brown.

Services will be held Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Bread of Life Church, 180 S. Military Road, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935.
