Douglas E. Peterson

Douglas E. Peterson, 87, a resident of Tower View Villa, Rosendale, died Saturday, September 23, 2006 at his residence. He was born the son of John and Lottie Beers Peterson on November 15, 1918 in Webster, WI. On June 26, 1941 Douglas married Donna M. Heinze in Bangor, WI. Douglas was owner/operator of Rosendale Bou-Matic for 25 years. He was a member of Rosendale United Church of Christ for 55 years. Douglas enjoyed spending time with his family.SURVIVORS: his wife of 65 years Donna; one son, Bradley Peterson, Eldorado; one daughter, Rennae (Robert) Quast, Rosendale; 6 grandchildren, Trevor (Julie) Peterson, Chad (Nicole) Peterson, Carter (Sarah) Peterson, Jason (Kim) Quast, Aaron Quast and fiancée Angie Trippler, Courtney Quast; two great-grandchildren, Brittany and Cody; one sister, Betty Conroy, Webster, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Cassie and Gertrude; one brother, Herbert.



FUNERAL: A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Laura Hawkins and Robert Quast officiating. Inurnment will take place at Rosendale Cemetery.VISITATION: The visitation will be from 1 PM until the time of services on Thursday. Memorials are appreciated to Tower View Villa, Rosendale.Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
