Eileen Faris

Eileen Faris, age 77, of 128 Warner St, Fond du Lac, died Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born on October 14, 1930 in Liverpool, England the daughter of Richard and Ellen "Nelly" (Price) Burns. Eileen married Robert Faris in 1950 in Liverpool, England. She worked for the Fond du Lac Public Library for many years before retiring in 1994. Eileen enjoyed traveling, water aerobics, walking, and spending time with friends and family. She was a proud member of the "Hollie Gollies". SURVIVORS: four children, Julie (Rich) Nimkie of Fond du Lac, Steve (Debbie) Faris of Indianapolis, IN, Mike (Yuko) Faris of Puyallup, WA, Joe (Kelly) Faris of San Clemente, CA, seven grandchildren, Carson, Jacob, Joshua, David, Johnny, Nikki, and Kacie, and she is further survived by a nephew, John, and nieces,Brenda, Janice, Leslie, Christine, and Pam, all of Canada and England. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters.



VISITATION: Thursday, May 29, 2008 from 3-7 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Deacon Larry Hughes and Mike Faris officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
