Elaine I Patt

Elaine I. Patt, 78, of Van Dyne, passed away peacefully from complications following a stroke, on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born July 21, 1938 in Howards Grove, the daughter of Henry and Meta Wolters Marquard. On August 20, 1960 she married LeRoy D. Patt at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. Elaine worked for Miles Kimball and retired in 2000. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Van Dyne. Elaine enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking, baking, playing cards, fish fry’s with the neighborhood and loved spending time with her grandchildren.



She is survived by her husband, LeRoy; three children, DuWayne Patt of Van Dyne, Tom (Crystal) Patt of Van Dyne, and Pam (Bob) Breister of Fond du Lac; four grandchildren, Adam (Crystal) Patt, Cody, Mackenzie, and Levi Breister; one great grandson, Brayson Patt. She is further survived by six siblings, Bernice Resop, Kenneth (Marlene) Marquard, Henrietta Scholten, Annette Marquard, Nancy (Robert) Dempsey, and Janice Eberhardy; five sisters-in-law, Donna Marquard, Judy Marquard, Florence Kirk, Lois (Glenn) Ninneman, and Lila (Donald) Rickert; her dog, Molly; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, Milton and Martha Patt; two brothers, Carl and Jerome; one sister, Helen Altman; sister and brothers-in-law.



The visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and again on Saturday from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the funeral home.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Aaron Odya officiating. Entombment will follow in the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park.



In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Elaine’s name.



The family extends a special thank you to the staff at St. Agnes Hospital and Hospice Home of Hope for the care and compassion given to Elaine and her family.
